The process

• After payment, please follow the "back to Áine Órga" link at the bottom of the page to reach and fill out this form. But don't worry – if there is any problem, I will reach out to you.
• Please ensure the email address you use at payment is valid, and one you check regularly, in case I need to reach out to you. But if you haven't heard from me after 48 hours, pop an email to mentoring(at)aineorga.com.

Refunds

• Correspondence mentoring is non-refundable once you have filled in and sent your form, but if you change your mind before then or have made a purchase in error, please let me know ASAP (within 24 hours) and a full refund may be possible.
