Thanks for your interest in a mentoring session! Please note the following policies before you purchase.

The process

• After payment, please follow the "back to Áine Órga" link at the bottom of the page to reach and fill out this form. But don't worry – if there is any problem, I will reach out to you.
• Please ensure the email address you use at payment is valid, and one you check regularly, in case I need to reach out to you. But if you haven't heard from me within 24-48 hours, pop an email to mentoring(at)aineorga.com.
• You are welcome to record our Zoom call to watch back later.

Refunds

• Single mentoring sessions are fully refundable up to 24 hours before our scheduled meeting. If you change your mind for any reason, send me an email to mentoring(at)aineorga.com and I will refund you fully via PayPal.
• Apart from extreme circumstances (at my discretion), mentoring sessions will not be refunded in cases of last-minute cancellations (within 24h) or no-shows, but they can be rescheduled. It's your responsibility to reach out to me to explain and rebook in these scenarios.

Bundles

• Please note that if you want a partial refund on one or two of a three-session bundle this is fine, but you will receive a refund not including the 10% discount (i.e. €85 back after one session, €35 back after two).
• You must use all three of your bundle sessions within 6 months, and it is your responsibility to contact me to arrange these if we have not set all three dates in our first interaction. Expired sessions are non-refundable.
